FAQ
What if I can't find the owner's name?
Use 'Hello' or 'To the owner of [Business]'. For solo and small businesses, the main contact (phone/email) often goes to the owner anyway.
Should I contact the office manager first?
For small businesses, often no. They may filter. Try owner or main number. For 10+ employees, a manager might be the right entry point.
Does LinkedIn work for local businesses?
Some owners have LinkedIn; many don't. Worth a search. Restaurant and trade owners are less likely than professional services.
