This page explains every column included in RangeLead CSV files. All lead lists follow the same structure. Samples and full files are identical in format.

Core Column Definitions
Below is the exact column list and how each field should be interpreted.
Company Name
Example: Black Hills Surgical Hospital
Official business name as listed on Google Maps.
Address
Example: 216 Anamaria Drive
Street-level business address.
City
Example: Rapid City
City where the business is located.
State
Example: South Dakota
US state name.
Zip Code
Example: 57701
Postal ZIP code as available from Google Maps.
Phone
Example: 6056002453
Publicly listed business phone number.
Example: [email protected]
Email found on the business website or public sources. Not all businesses publish email addresses.
Website
Example: https://www.example.com
Official business website, if available.
HTTP Code
Example: 200
HTTP response code when the website was checked. Used to indicate website availability at scan time. Common values: 200 (OK), 404 (Not Found), 999 (Check Failed).
Category
Example: Hospital
Primary Google Maps business category.
Google Map URL
Example: https://www.google.com/maps?cid=...
Direct link to the Google Maps listing.
Rating
Example: 4.9
Average Google Maps rating (1.0 to 5.0).
Reviews Count
Example: 123
Total number of Google reviews.
Social Media Links
Public Twitter/X profile link if detected.
Public Facebook business page link.
Instagram business profile link.
LinkedIn company page or profile when available.
Ownership & Attribute Flags
Boolean indicators based on public signals from Google Maps.
YesNoEmpty = not detectedAbsence does not mean false. It means no public signal was found.
Business Status Flags
These fields indicate operational status at the time of data collection.
Type: Boolean (Yes/No)
Source: Google Maps business status
Status can change after data collection.
Why Some Fields Are Empty
Empty fields are expected and normal.
Common reasons:
- •Business does not publish that information
- •Platform restrictions
- •Data not publicly available
- •Attribute not declared by the business
