How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Order Details: Include the date of purchase and a brief description of the product or service you would like refunded. No detailed justification is required.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days acknowledging your refund request and confirming that it is being processed.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement. If you paid via PayPal or another payment provider, the refund will be returned to that account.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. The processing time is determined by your financial institution, not by RangeLead.
- Refund Amount: Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount. There are no restocking fees, cancellation fees, or deductions of any kind.
Subscription Refunds
If you purchased a premium subscription plan:
- Monthly Plans: You may request a full refund within 30 days of any billing cycle. Your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will be made.
- Lifetime Plans: Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To receive a refund, please submit a separate refund request.
Credit Purchases
Credits purchased on RangeLead are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have used some credits and request a refund within the 30-day window, we will refund the unused portion of your credit balance.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process. In all cases, we will cooperate fully with your payment provider to resolve any dispute.
Merchant of Record
Depending on the payment method used, your purchase may be processed by a third-party merchant of record (such as Paddle, PayPal, or Stripe). In such cases, the merchant of record handles the payment transaction and may have additional consumer protection terms that apply to your purchase. Refund requests can be submitted either directly to us or through the merchant of record.
Exceptions
This refund policy is offered without exceptions or qualifiers. Every customer is entitled to a refund within the 30-day guarantee period regardless of the reason. We believe in earning your trust through the quality of our data and service, not through restrictive policies.
