FAQ
Is 'send more info' a good sign?
Often yes - they're interested enough to ask. But it can also be a polite delay. Send something brief and offer a call. The call converts better than docs.
What if they don't reply after I send info?
Follow up once in 3-5 days. 'Did the summary help? Happy to jump on a quick call.' If no reply, pause. See how many follow-ups before giving up.
Should I send a case study?
If relevant, yes - one short one. Don't send 3 case studies and a brochure. One example + ask for a call.
